Расширенные настройки предоставляют непосредственный доступ ко всем данным настроек в их "сыром" виде.

Эта вкладка видна только в экспертном режиме.

Большинство настроек можно легко и безопасно изменять через другие вкладки настроек. Обычно данная вкладка не нужна для изменения настроек. Пользуйтесь ею с осторожностью, поскольку здесь отсутствует проверка на правильность вводимых параметров, а неправильные или отсутствующие параметры могут привести к непредвиденным ошибкам и/или потере данных. Вам может понадобиться изменить или добавить настройки здесь, чтобы получить доступ к экспериментальным или находящимся в разработке функциям, например, если кто-то разработал модуль и предоставил настройку для него, но у него не нашлось времени для создания более удобного интерфейса для её изменения.

Как вы можете видеть, данные настроек состоят из пар имя->значение. Имена настроек часто предваряются "пространствами имён", отделяемыми с помощью точек ('.'). Многие модули JOSM хранят свои настройки, сгруппированными в отдельное пространство имён.

Такое же "сырое" представление можно увидеть, открыв файл настроек, но эта вкладка 'Расширенные' представляет собой более удобную альтернативу.

Цветовое кодирование:

  • жёлтый фон - значения, которые были изменены как минимум однажды, выделяются жирным шрифтом
  • зелёный фон - только что изменённые вами значения приобретают зелёный фон; когда вы закроете и снова откроете окно настроек, их фон тоже станет жёлтым

Обратите внимание, что если ключу соответствует команда меню (Help/Keys by menu), он не будет перечислен здесь. То есть список ниже содержит только скрытые от конечного пользователя настройки:

Details

The list of preferences is build like this:

  • Not all possible available keys are listed at the beginning.
  • Whenever JOSM internally requests the value of a particular setting, it remembers the key and the default value.
  • Note that a setting is not saved in the preference file, unless the value is different from the default. However JOSM will remember all keys and their default values which were previously requested.
  • This means, that settings related to download may not be in the list, before you did your first download. However, if you already know the key, you can still set it explicitly.

Import and export items

  • Read from file button can be used to open JOSM custom configuration XML file. It can contain preferences modifications, commands to download some files or plugins, and even JavaScript code.
    After file import is complete, you can see a detailed log and the changed preferences will be represented. You can reject these changes by pressing Cancel button. Caution: You can not undo reject file or plugin operations (download, delete, etc.), so be careful and do not open scripts from untrusted sources!
  • Export selected items button allows to generate a custom configuration XML file automatically. When reading this file, the key-value pairs will replace existing ones or be appended to them (in case of properties containing lists or maps). You can use it together with the Search field to find all preferences you need to backup or share.

More

More button launches the popup menu with extra actions:

  • Save ... profile - save part of preferences related to shortcuts, colors, toolbar and imagery to separate custom configuration XML files.
  • Load profile - replace existing part of preferences with previously saved fragment (for example, reset all shortcuts to default and then load them from file). User should press OK to confirm changes.
  • Reset preferences - delete all entries from preferences.xml (files are not deleted).
