Big green planet is not about networking: Help/Action/Preferences, Help/Preferences/Connection

It should be renamed to "Network settings and proxies".

Right now Firefox 49 hides this in "Preferences" > "Advanced" > "Network"

JOSM is way less network-oriented than web browser, why these settings are so visible?

IMO Help/Action/Preferences should look like this:

  1. Help/Preferences/Toolbar
  2. Help/Preferences/Plugins
  3. Help/Preferences/Map - map pain styles here and presets
  4. new separate tab for Presets here?
  5. Help/Preferences/Display - most of them are reasonable enough now to never change them
  6. rest

Status: new → closed

Nothing wrong with it neither, and I'm not convinced eth/wiki icon would be clearer. The main goal if this tab is to setup OSM credentials.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
