Layer for background images.

Imagery layers and tiles have this context menu. The context menu from the Layer List last item is Info.

☑	Auto load tiles		Toggle to stop loading tiles automatically.
☑	Auto zoom		Toggle to decouple the zoom for loading tiles from the map zoom.
☑	Show errors		Toggle to avoid indications for tile loading failures.
	Increase zoom		Increases the tile zoom manually (Only when Auto zoom is off).
	Decrease zoom		Decreases the tile zoom. (Only when Auto zoom is off).
	Change resolution
	Zoom to native resolution		Zoom the mapview to the resolution of the tile
	Load all error tiles		Loads all flawed tiles
	Load all tiles		Manually load all tiles
	Info		Shows Information about layer dialog.

	Load tile		Manually load this tile.
	Show tile info		Opens a dialog with the URL and local information about the tile.
	Get tile status		Asks the server about the tile status and shows a popup. As JOSM may

display a cached version use Load Tile to get the same version (only in expert mode and if
