Tools > Orthogonalize Shape
Keyboard shortcut: Q
Move nodes that all angles are 90 or 180 degrees.
When selected, one or more lines, the form will be modified so that all angles will be 90 or 180 degrees. You can select two additional points. Then the area will be tailored in accordance with these points.
Later, you can cancel the movement of certain points, select them and press Shift + Q
