Startup page mentions Java 7, but such a build wasn't yet released as "tested"

Description

At https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/StartupPageSource the release notes say:

  • 2014-04-25 (7001)
  • Switch to Java version 7, many code cleanups

But on ​http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Download only build 7000 is released as "tested", that does not have the Java 7 switch. I think the Startup page should describe changes up to 7000, not 7001. The startup never mentioned future or "latest" builds, until now.

OK, but then add a section for the changes up to 7000. Otherwise there is a tested version without release notes.

We know how to make proper release notes in due time, thanks. Next tested is planned on Sunday.
