* Switch to Java version 7, many code cleanups

But on http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Download only build 7000 is released as ""tested"", that does not have the Java 7 switch. I think the Startup page should describe changes up to 7000, not 7001. The startup never mentioned future or ""latest"" builds, until now."	defect	closed	normal		Core	tested	wontfix
