Hide the new "Upload data in one request/chunks/individually" behind an expanding "Upload method" box

Description
The upload dialog looks too complex after 3 radio buttons were added to the top allowing users to choose the upload method.
I think it would be better to hide those 3 options behind a UI element with the text "Change upload method" or something similar that would expand when you clicked on it (and remember whether it's supposed to be expanded or not).
Such an advanced setting shouldn't be the first thing users see when they try to upload.
