Are imagery lists being synced with ELI?

The OSM editors iD, Potlatch 2 and Vespucci use the imagery list provided by the GitHub project Editor Layer Index. Differences between this list and the JOSM list are detected by ImageryCompare and synced manually. This page includes some sanity checks too. After you made changes or additions to imagery sources check this page for red marked errors/conflicts which must be resolved!
But it is unclear to me if that is something I as a contributor should be running / doing (and if so, how?) or is that something that JOSM maintaners do periodically?
If the latter, has it been done recently (and how often might one expect to see the merging)? Because I still do not see https://github.com/osmlab/editor-layer-index/blob/gh-pages/sources/europe/hr/dgu-dof-2021-2022.geojson in JOSM, even if it was added in ELI more than a year ago (last one I see in josm is dgu-dof-2019-2020)

which seems it detects it, but it is still not added? Will it be added by JOSM maintainers or it will be missing until such time as some contributor do something (and what exactly)?
I can of course edit the JOSM wiki and add those entries manually (in wiki https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Maps/Croatia), but I would like to avoid doing unnecessary (and failure prone) manual work if automated tools exist (especially as there are several more imageries coming for Croatia)

There are no automated tools beside the comparing and data preparation. As there was no cooperation with ELI possible, we stopped doing double work some years ago.
If you miss any entries you can add them easily in the wiki.
As said on the ImageryCompare page you can use mapseli for Copy and Paste to add any entry which is missing and should be added.
If you add new entries, it would be recommended to keep them as much in sync with ELI as is useful. That would reduce work in case someday someone again tries to cleanup the differences.
