update Bologna ortofoto 2017 to 2022 version

Description

Hello, I'am a volunteer based in Bologna, Italy.

I noticed in the ID editor the layer Bologna ortofoto 2022, but in JOSM there is still the layer Bologna ortofoto 2017 (https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Maps/Italy#Bolognaortofoto2017), which it seems out to date.

I'm just I newby so probably I don't understand a lot of things, but there is any reason for not update this map? If there are no technical reasons preventing this, please consider this update.

It's a wiki. Please update it yourself. There are even conversion tools to allow copying directly from iD.
