Review/apply/reject all pending patches

Description

At the moment we have 85 open tickets, with patches attached. At some point (better earlier than later) we should review/apply/reject all pending patches.

Generally, I personally steer clear of reviewing tagging related patches (preset/mappaint/validator). So the 27 patches matching this query will likely be reviewed by me.

Well, I do not want to intervene and I am happy about some words from core developers, I think, these are the easier ones and more important patches (and tickets) are waiting which need more understanding and experience than presets, rules and styles.

Personally, e.g. I am stuck with match_expression="" (#20843) and value_expression="" (#20851, #20861) but also #20044, #18992, #12716 and #6157 are problems only regarding presets.
