Hello,
in the near future I will create my own tickets, as described in ticket #16137, from tags which should be entered into JOSM. So please do not be surprised.
Now the odd thing. Just now I noticed while using JOSM that animal shelters are not yet preset.
The suggestion of tagging animal shelters is officially accepted and already used more than 3000 times, so it makes sense to include this in JOSM presets.

It is in the external preset Animal facilities, so far.
I can understand that not all presets can be included in JOSM, but those that are officially recognized should be included internally.
