Hi
JOSM always warns about similarly named ways for the ways that the only difference in their names is about Persian numbers used in them.

For example look at here:
​https://www.openstreetmap.org/search?query=34.11252%2C49.69346#map=18/34.11252/49.69346

There are two highways named "Niloofar 5 Dead End" and "Niloofar 6 Dead End".
Their Persian names are "بن‌بست نیلوفر ۵" and "بن‌بست نیلوفر ۶". These two names are different because Persian numbers five(۵) and six(۶) are different numbers.
