JOSM always warns about similarly named ways for the ways that the only difference in their names is about Persian numbers used in them.

There are two highways named ""Niloofar 5 Dead End"" and ""Niloofar 6 Dead End"".
Their Persian names are ""بن‌بست نیلوفر ۵"" and ""بن‌بست نیلوفر ۶"". These two names are different because Persian numbers five(۵) and six(۶) are different numbers.
