This is what iD does (+/-) without any shortcuts.

During heavy topology changes this tool is one of the most frequently used/requested by (new) users. I think, we should drop keyboard shortcut to speed up mapping.

PS. "Ignore snapping" semantic is binded to Ctrl

Something similar was already suggested: #2318

We need more options during simple node move about snapping and merge.
