Description (last modified by )
It is impossible to add buttons using Help/Preferences/Toolbar which present in "Edit toolbar" (side toolbar).
Same holds for FastDraw plugin and buildings_tools. There no way to add "Draw buildings (B)" in "Main toolbar".

Replying to Klumbumbus:
together with all the other working modes
This correct.
not placed in the main toolbar but in the edit toolbar
Any particular reason why it was done this way?
Not placed by default is fine behavior, but why to enforce/restrict it?
For many users they are known by their hotkeys, distinction between "working modes" and "edit toolbar" only seen at wiki and probably at source code level.
For users, it doesn't matter if F3: a menu item, a edit item or a working mode or a dialogue. It is possible to have F3 button at "edit toolbar". I don't see why X, W, B and other company are so specific that they are banned in "toolbar" (main toolbar).
Fast draw and building tool are working modes and are therefore not placed in the main toolbar but in the edit toolbar together with all the other working modes. Customization of the edit toolbar (show/hide buttons) is done by the arrows button at the lower end of the edit toolbar.
