Unbind J tool by default? Hide it from main menu?

Reason it that nobody requesting it specifically (nobody says or ever requests "I don't want to move a node"), but many new JOSM users often complain about their geometries imprecise in angles.

I have seen too many highway segments screwed by beginner JOSM user but not by an iD user! Thankfully JOSM snaps to a way and to vertex nodes now by default.

<s>This J tool should be disabled for very same reason W mode is deeply hidden in expert mode.</s>

One possibility is to leave it as Ctrl modifier of N tool another is to simply unbind it by default and hide it from menu (using expert mode)
