Allow to comfortably reset "Do not show again" choices

Description

When "Do not show again (remembers choice)" is chosen accidentally, one needs to access the advanced preferences in order to reset this decision.

See #12159 for a confusion caused by this.

Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
