Add presets for amenity=ice_cream, amenity=water_point, and amenity=childcare
Would it be possible to add presets for the following tags?
- amenity=ice_cream (>6300 occurrences) => Added. See also ticket:9125#comment:8
- amenity=water_point (>5000 occurrences) => Added.
amenity=childcare (>4400 occurrences) => unclear tagging situation with amenity kindergarten, rejected proposal Proposed_features/childcare
They are one of the very few tags with more than 2500 occurrences that don't have a preset yet.
The others are amenity=swimming_pool (replaced by leisure=swimming_pool), amenity=emergency_phone (replaced by emergency=phone), amenity=residential (tagging errors, mainly here: http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/dKh).

We're currently tracking down missing tags that have more than 10.000 occurrences, see #12102 and #12135.
We can have a look to those ones in next milestone.
