Add tags: useful suggestions

It would be a nice thing to have useful suggestions when adding tags by hand.
One time too often I was unnerved by having the suggestion "substation" after adding a highway and – still having it selected – being suggested "substation" after typing ctrl-a and "su" for adding a surface.
Another unsuitable suggestion happens when I have added "highway=track". pressing ctrl-a and typing "tr" gives the suggestion "tracks" – which is used for railways.
Sure, once I have typed "trackt" and added a tracktype next time tracktype is suggested but I'd like to have it more convenient still. :)

So far I cannot remember other enhanceable suggestion. I will come back if I stumble over them. :)

For now you could make use of the presets to avoid bad autocompletion of keys.

Sure – but switching from keyboard to mouse or skipping a lot of fields with <tab> this would slow down the workflow even more (imho).

We could think of adding [ALT]+[0…9] (or [A…Z]) mnemonics in the preset dialog to quickly access the ith text field.
