11990	Add tags: useful suggestions	malenki	team	"It would be a nice thing to have useful suggestions when adding tags by hand. 
One time too often I was unnerved by having the suggestion ""substation"" after adding a highway and – still having it selected – being suggested ""substation"" after typing ctrl-a and ""su"" for adding a surface.
Another unsuitable suggestion happens when I have added ""highway=track"". pressing ctrl-a and typing ""tr"" gives the suggestion ""tracks"" – which is used for railways.
Sure, once I have typed ""trackt"" and added a tracktype next time tracktype is suggested but I'd like to have it more convenient still. :)
