Description

icon power tower are white (not the icon image)in editor screen.
In dos screen by startup shows
"fout: lokaliseren van afbeelding 'icons/power_tower_high2.n.16.png' mislukt"
this error is for every icons on the demanded tiles

versie:JOSM 8109 windows
josm-tested.jar

PS: The josm direct loaded from server do not show this icons.
Same of https://josm.openstreetmap.de/changeset/7967/josm ???

fix #11243 - move back power icons from nodist folder, which are used by internal Potlatch2 mappaint style, partial revert of [7967]
