imagery layers changed names or keys

Description

Some of the latest changes in JOSM caused SOME imagery layers to show untranslated in JOSM imagery menu.

Also the stored imagery offsets are now not offered when the offset button is clicked, maybe because the name (or key) does not match so they are not picked up from the preferences file.

Bing aerial imagery
Mapbox satellite

These even were translated in the past and now suddenly aren't.

Action
