Comments of 2 changesets replaced

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. (Maybe) Upload 2 or more changesets within a few minutes

What is the expected result?

Every changeset should have their own changeset comment

What happens instead?

The 2 changeset comments replaced!! (​changeset/27987526 and ​changeset/27987504)

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

A few weeks ago this happened too, but then I thought it was my fault. Now I'm pretty sure, that I gave the correct comment to each changeset!

I don't see the problem:
​changeset/27987526 has comment fix overlapping building (Osmose)
and ​changeset/27987504 has comment specify highway=road
Where did you see that both changesets have the same comment?

I think he means, that he has given the comments vice versa. `fix overlapping building (Osmose)?´ for changeset ...504
