Notes Dialog

Keyboard shortcut: none yet

This dialog presents a list of ​OSM notes and allows to create new, comment, close or reopen notes.

To download notes: just set the advanced preference osm.notes.enableDownload to true and restart, then a checkbox appears in the download dialog).

Show or hide this dialog widow by using the Window menu (or, to hide, the dialog's buttons).
