Edit > Merge layer

Merges the content of current active OSM Data Layer into another OSM Data Layer. If called from Layer List Dialog the selected OSM Data Layer instead of the active one will be merged.

A dialog will open to choose the Data Layer to merge into.

Only applies for adjacent OSM data layers.
