Please add warning when tiger tags are deleted

Enhancement #7915 automatically deletes certain tiger tags upon upload.
The user should be informed that this is the case. Also, if the only changes are these tiger tags, then JOSM should not perform the upload which doesn't change anything.
I made some changes, unrelated to tiger. A few days later, I looked at my changes, and noticed the missing tiger tags. I thought that I had made a mistake, though I didn't see how.
So I added the tags back in, via JOSM. JOSM seemed to accept the changes, but the changes did not appear. I tried again. Same results.
Very confusing.

Adding a warning for these silent data drops would make the idea of that unusable. The silent data drops are a way to reduce useless data in the database without specific bot-runs and without user interaction.
You're probably the first one after some years even noticing it.
BTW it only affects already modified data. But JOSM does not detect when different changes undo each other, so that the final result is equal to the original state.
