No support for special characters in notes plugin

Hello,
Until quite recently, special characters (ê,é,à…) were displayed correctly in the note plugin. However, it is not the case anymore.
Hope it comes back. In France, it becomes quite unusable, these character are often used.

Action

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
