We should commit this patch, unless there are any objections.

The new power keys are not documented on the ​wiki. There have been some power refinement proposals but there has been any talk about it on tagging@osm lately.

Two small issues:

  • do not use optional and label as optional already has an option to specify the label and I do not like two rows of text where one is sufficient.
  • please, do not change value_context if not needed, as you have to retranslate the values for all languages and the former translation gets lost.
