Integrate wayselector into core

Description

I would like to integrate the wayselector plugin (​OSM wiki) to JOSM core. It consists of a single class and hasn't been modified for 3 years (​SVN log). It seems very helpful e.g. for mapping/maintaining any kind of relations.

Any concerns?

Nice feature, I vote yes. Only concern is to rename the ugly menu entry "Way Select" by something more understandable :)

What about "Non-branching way sequences" (following the name scheme of utilsplugin2)?
