Key/value dialog is much too small

In the most recent "latest" version of [6527] The Key/Value Edit Dialog is not usable (see attached screenshots). Maybe introduced with the fix for #9466.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Try to add a tag to an object (ALT a)

What is the expected result?
A dialog for adding key and value for a tag.

What happens instead?
The dialog is so small, that you have only the buttons and some time even the buttons are not visible. Also there is no way to change the size of the dialog.

Probably a side effect of r6522, yes. I have fixed a bug in r6530 but I'm not sure it will also fix this problem. I just have launched a new build manually, can you check with the new version when it's available (a matter of minutes) ?
