add surface=sett to presets

this change should reduce amount of sett mistagged as cobblestone (is in presets).

Think that surface=* needs some rework, but I am not sure which values are really accepted.

On the graphical part some drawings or pictures for the values in the drop-down list similar to power:source would be really nice.
