Description

The validator is giving the "non-way member in multipolygon" warning for boundary=administration relations that have subarea members.

While the wiki ​http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relation:boundary says it is redundant and optional, it is probably not an error to include it. In Slovakia, all administration boundaries have the subarea members, from country border down to villages. So I get many unneeded warnings.

This can probably be fixed similarly to ticket #7713.
