wireframe mode becomes thicker when GPX tracks are visible

Description
I discovered this by accident.
Load a GPX track. Customize the drawing:
- border width: 3px
- color: by velocity
Then load any data nearby the track. Switch to wireframe mode, and pan around randomly.
The wireframe becomes thicker (gets the same width as the gpx track shown), very ugly.
Looks like some painting state is not fully reset while drawing the wireframe.
I'm not sure if layer order has any effect, since some "panning" is sometimes required to trigger this result.

Sorry, I cannot reproduce. There have been many changes to the painting logic in JOSM in the past 7 years, so this has likely been fixed (accidentally).
