Description
I have added context popup menu with some actions to Alt-A and Alt-S dialogs.
- customize number of recent tags shown, seee #7671
- pfg21 idea (Russian forum): keep English keyboard layout as default for entering tag
- see #4828 : paste tag & paste value actions
