Failed to delete relations - dependencies not resolved

Description

When uploading two relations, where one is member of the other, JOSM takes care to upload first the child and then the parent. When deleting relations, the situation is very similar, however JOSM ignores the dependencies in this case.

How to reproduce:

  • switch to development api (​http://api06.dev.openstreetmap.org/api)
  • open attached file
  • upload in "each object individually"-mode
    -> Error: Failed to delete relation 4294967307. It is still referred to by relation 4294967308. Please load the relation, remove the reference to the relation, and upload again.
    the suggested conflict resolution does not help.
