Description
Even in the latest JOSM version the preset menu is disabled. I cannot change this, I've tried:
- deleting .josm directory
- using installed version instead of jnlp
- directly downloading defaultpresets.xml from svn and linking the internal preset template (in the preferences editor) to that file: results in an error
- deleting all temporary Java files
Setting:
- Apple Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion
- Java version: 1.6.0_37, Apple Inc.

OK, I think I found a reason, at least I could get rid off the problem: on Mac OS X I had a mapnik installation that was in the search path. When cleaning up the search path (unix path in .bash_profile) I found that mapnik installation in the path, somewhere with "... /Framework.../Mapnik..."
I've de-installed Mapnik and now my preset menu is enabled!
