Description

In r5181:

If you bring up the history window for an object that you have modified, but not yet uploaded, the last line on the left panel shows the same version, CT, date, and user as the last change.

It should instead show the current user and CT, and nothing for the version and date (since those are set after upload).

(Note: I have seen it show a previous modifying user instead, which is even more wrong)
