Description

starting JOSM version 4021 I'm required to upgrade from 3208 to 4021.

Somehow you mangled the cached startup-message screen. Theoretically this should not happen. Maybe you have a WWW proxy inbetween? Simply ignore this - it will fix itself next day.

Probably caused by a misconfiguration of the server, which caused connections to break. Hopefully fixed.

I still get sometimes a connection failure when downloading. If I restart the download it works. This was indroduced after r4018.
