When reversing a way, "Automatic Tag Correction" somewhat messes up

Description

When reversing a way, 9 times out of 10, the "Automatic Tag Correction" shouldn't suggest the name of the highway to be changed.

For instance, download way: 67926900
Then hit "r" to reverse it.
It suggests you to change the name of the road from "East" to "west" when it shouldn't.

However, if you're so adamant on having the "Automatic Tag Correction" make a name change suggestion, could you at least have the suggestion use a capital letter for the direction? Instead of "west Main Street", the suggestion should be "West Main Street". At least that much would make sense when dealing with a road name change and it would remove a step where you have to re-correct the name adding the capital letter after the reverse.

An update on this (thought it was better to reopen this instead of creating a new ticket). I just noticed that when reversing another way, if the tiger info for a name (tiger:name_base) has a direction in it, JOSM suggests the name to be changed when it shouldn't be.

Download way 16367247 to see what I mean. When you try to reverse it, JOSM wants to to change the "tiger:name_base" tag from "East" to "west" when it shouldn't.

This is with r4018.
