Updating a deleted node no longer deletes it locally

Description

If you select a node that's been deleted on the server and hit ctrl-alt-U, nothing happens. Previously (build 3701, I believe) it would remove it from the local file.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
