Description
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/6838527
This changeset contains an empty node at (0.0, 0.0) and an empty relation. I don't know how to reproduce this bug, but as there are many nodes at the South Pole (I have already deleted some, but new ones pop up regularly), it seems to be a common problem.

How can you close this just because you don't know the cause of this bug? It is still occuring, and it is still annoying!

It may be a bug, but JOSM has many bugs. When there is no way to reproduce it, then there is no need to leave it open. A bug-tracker is not made to collect bugs, but to help fixing them. When there is no chance to fix it, we close it (otherwise it is hard to track any more important [i.e. fixable] issues). You can reopen it any time, when you find an indication, what may be the reason for it. We would appreciate it. If you have the slightest suggestion what can cause this, then reopen it with a description which may lead to fixing it.
Some hints what is needed: What was done before that happened. Are there plugins required to reach that result. What said the data consistency checks. ...
Best would be always a description how to reproduce it.

Seems like this is not only a JOSM bug, as this Potlatch 2 edit has also introduced a POI at (0, 0):
When you have no idea how this is produced, we can't do anything about it.
