use Bing und Yahoo-images for lakewalker

Description

Now we can use Yahoo-, Landsat- and Bing-aerial-images. I think it would be great to choose which source to use for the lakewalker-plugin, depening on the quality.

I think that is not so easy, as lakewalker uses infrared images for tracing.

lakewalker plugin is dead and replaced by ​osmwiki:JOSM/Plugins/Scanaerial. Plugin automatically removed in r14924
