Imagery: sharpen=soft shifts bing images slightly

Description

The sharpen options "none" and "strong" work fine, but "soft" shifts the images slightly to the northwest.

See attached screenshots or just try for yourself: set sharpen to none, add bing images, set to soft, add bing again without deleting the old layer, do the same for strong; then toggle the visibility of the layers to compare them.
