problems with restore

After a power failure I discovered that autosave didn't work ;-)

When I startup I see this in the console (might be the reason?): "Build-Date: 2010-11-22 02:31:33

Invalid URL in plugin restart

On Startup JOSM offers to restore, but nothing happens on click (not even in the console/terminal).
