History dialog displays anonymous users as "User: ". Should be "User: <anonymous>" or similar

Description

The history shows the empty string for objects submitted by anonymous users (​example). Instead it should indicate that they're submitted by anonymous somehow.

Added context-sensitive help to the HistoryBrowser

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
