Save dialog tries to upload data with no data to upload

Description

  1. Open an .osm file
  2. Edit it & upload changes from it
  3. Close it, JOSM pops up Save/Upload dialog
  4. Tick save AND upload
  5. JOSM pops up an empty upload window

JOSM should only try to upload when there actually is data to upload. When I try to upload manually before #3 I'm told that there's no data to upload.

In one of the recent commits (don't remember the number) this has been fixed.

Closing as fixed.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
