Conflict detected when trying to upload to a close changeset (no conflict exists)

See #3642 for the steps to reproduce this. JOSM will bring up the conflict dialog when none exists and offer to synchronize the dataset. If I instead upload to a new channgeset no conflict is reported & the upload is successful.

Resolution: → fixed
Status: new → closed

This is because the server replies a 409 Conflict when you try to upload to a closed changeset. This has been fixed recently, see also #2480.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
