Description

The changeset tag completion (reported in ticket:2491) doesn't autocomplete tags from the data like the relation and properties editor does. This may have been intentional but autocompletion is useful e.g. to add source=landsat and similar tags which may exists in the data already & are applicable to changeset tagging.

Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
