MapWithAI plugin does not produce any UI elements on JOSM 19613

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install JOSM 19613
2. Install the MapWithAI plugin
3. Restart JOSM
4. Observe that the Data menu does not have any of the MapWithAI specific actions

What is the expected result?

MapWithAI specific UI elements (e.g. in Preferences or in the Data menu) should appear

What happens instead?

There is no trace of MapWithAI in any part of the JOSM UI
