MWAI plugin not loading

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Installing MWAI plugin on latest .jar version of JOSM
2. Restarting JOSM

What is the expected result?

MWAI plugin opens with Download data window, with selection for downloading data from MWAI sources

What happens instead?

Data Tab on program bar unavailable, MWAI selection for data not available in Download data window
